Thanks for the video. I have a mach3 cnc for wood works. I have a strange issue with fusion360. Post process file is preloaded for mach3 I choose that one. I load gcode to the mach3 mill start cycle after reset axises the machine only drills and stops after gcode sequence ends. Everything seems ok but behaviour of cnc is just like this. I dont have same problem with artcam but I’d rather to use fusion360 not the artcam

I am looking to implement just homing switches and set soft limits instead of wiring hard limit switches. It seems a solution as long as the machine is homed every time it is powered up. What are your thoughts please?

Hi, i hope someone can help me? I have installed MACH-3 on my laptop bur for some reason when i plug my CNC USB in it doesnt find the CNC. I have watched lots of videos but i cannot get it to work at all. If i plug anything else in such as a printer, it show straight up. But when i plug my CNC in there is not even a sound or anything. I have even tried a PC and same result. Machine is turned on but it's just not recognised. My CNC is an AR2400

my MDI is not working. I am writing G0X20 as you, but there is no move or number change in the screen. Both X and Y axis. what can be the reason ?

I have tried this, but the gcode always references g54, so even when I am in the g55 offset and hit run, the machine will move to the location stored in G54. Can the gcode be changed so it does not reference g54 and can run in your selected off-set location?

It’s wonderful to see the machine in action. Can you provide some information on how to configure the post processor In fusion 360 to work with the mill and Mach3. I think fusion 360 is definitely the weapon of choice given its capabilities but it is a steep learning curve. So looking forward to making my first chips

I'm running mach3 041 on pc with GT220 1GB memory with default setting and all works well but, I don't have 3d part in screen. could some1 tell me how to fix it?

THANKS!!! Im building a highly customized machine and I think this will work for my application. If z axis gets to close to object, a capacitive sensor triggers true and I want program to pause feed of program, then adjust z axis up a small incriment (say .5") and continue program. You think the brain is a good fit for this?

building a cnc plasma, i’m getting all the electronics put together 1 axis at a time. Motors function properly when using the mill profile, but no matter what i try i get no moment from the steppers when i switch over to the plasma profile. I’ve been pulling my hair out for hours now and i cannot figure out why. Any ideas?

Hi with this model Warco did you have to remove any material from the back of bed or sadle to fit the ball screw nuts? What size ballscrews have you used?
